What is the hardware / software configuration of your servers?

Our servers are state of the art Intel Dual XEON 2.0GHz with Hyper-Threading, 2x512Kb cache, 2.0Gb ECC RAM, 2x80Gb 7200RPM drives.

The operating system running on our servers is Redhat Linux + Apache. This combination is an industry standard due to their high reliability and performance levels. The servers are constantly upgraded with up to date software, from operating system to Perl and PHP.


Where are your servers located ?

Our servers are located in the world class NAC (Net Access Corporation) data center in N.J., USA, using only "Premium" multi-homed NAC bandwidth. You can find more details about our servers and NAC datacenter in the Infrastructure section of our site.


Your server platform is Linux, does it make a difference what type of desktop computer I use ?

No. It does not matter what type of desktop computer you are using. You may use a PC or Mac, running Windows, Unix or MacOS.


How long until my account is setup ?

We attempt to get an account setup within 12 hours. On average it takes less than an hour to complete our fraud check and activate your account. You will receive a welcome email as soon as your account is setup.


Will I have access to my account 24 hours a day ?

Yes.


Can you register domain names for me ?

Yes. We we offer .com, .net, .org, .info, .biz and .us domain registrations at $15.95/year per domain. For details see Domain Registration section of our site.


Do you allow adult, warez or illicit content ?

No.


Do you allow MP3 / video files ?

We allow mp3 and video files as long as you have legal rights to publish them.


Do you offer 24/7 support ?

Yes, we offer 24/7 support through our online helpdesk.


Why don't you offer phone support ?

We don't provide telephone support because it is a more expensive and less efficient means of communicating with our customers. Using online helpdesk we can keep track of all support issues. Secondly, efficient communication helps keep our prices in the budget range.


Can I cancel my account at any time ?

You may cancel your account at any time. All cancellation requests must be received 7 days prior to your next billing date. To cancel the account submit a support ticket with cancellation request.


Will you place any banner ads or pop ups on my site ?

Of course not. We will never place advertisements on your website.
